Gaviño extra virgin olive oil biscuits or "tortas de aceite" originated in Andalucia, specifically near Sevilla. Handmade, in accordance with the ancient tradition, which gives them their special fine, puff pastry texture, that cannot be achieved by mechanized processes. The traditional flat-thin cookies are made one by one with the finest natural ingredients. They are mixed by hand separately, to preserve their delicate texture and aroma. No preservatives and no colour or flavour enhancers are added to have an incomparable natural taste.
