Tierra Callada is a project born with a nomadic calling. It emerged from having a treasure at home and feeling the obligation to showcase it far away. With one foot in Jaén (Spain) and another in Brooklyn, we wanted to bring other jewels from our friends, more pieces to complete the puzzle. We like people and we enjoy doing things with them. We will continue to add friends and experiences, always driven by the desire to share our food as the best way for you to get to know us.
